  • scheduling and posting across platforms

The goal was not just to cut clips down.
It was to turn long-form content into short-form content that people would actually watch, engage with, and follow from.

The strongest example came from an existing long-form source where we selected the right segment, shaped it into a short-form edit, and packaged it for performance.

That video reached over 1.2 million views and generated 5,692 followers.
