Retention-Focused Gaming Edit

Turning raw gameplay into fast-paced, watchable content

What We Did

This was a test project based on Roblox gameplay footage.

The goal was simple: take a slow, unstructured segment and turn it into something a younger audience (8–14) would actually watch.

Instead of just “editing,” the focus was on retention:

  • Cutting everything that doesn’t add value

  • Increasing pacing (cuts every 2–5 seconds)

  • Using music, sound effects, and memes to guide attention

A 3.5-minute segment was reduced to 1.5 minutes to keep only the moments that matter.
